Cancellation Policy

Confidentiality Participation in 'Reclaim Your Power' requires absolute commitment to privacy. You agree that any information, personal stories, or identities shared within the group sessions remain strictly confidential and are not to be shared outside of the cohort. Intellectual Property All program materials, including frameworks, worksheets, and recordings, are the exclusive property of Annalie Howling and Incasa Consulting Ltd. You own the tools and frameworks for your own personal healing. You do not own them for commercial use, promotion, or building competing offers. You can’t teach my frameworks as your own or use them to coach others. Recordings Sessions are recorded for the benefit of participants who may miss a live call and for internal quality review. By participating, you consent to being recorded within this safe, closed environment. You cannot share them outside the cohort or republish them. Behaviour This is a trauma-informed, respectful community. No soliciting. No self-promotion. No coaching or “fixing” other people in the group. No toxic positivity. No judgment. This is a space to share and support, not to prove how healed you are or sell your services. Violation, including disrespectful or harmful behaviour towards other participants or Annalie, will result in immediate removal. Real Names To foster trust and authenticity, we encourage participants to use their legal first names during live sessions and within the community platform, however this is not compulsory. Refunds & Transfers Due to the high-proximity nature of this coaching and limited cohort size, program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the first session has commenced. If you need to transfer to another cohort, you can do so with seven days written notice before the first call to team@annaliehowling.com. Zero Tolerance We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding hate speech, discrimination, or any form of harassment. Safety is our priority.
